We introduce Meditation with guided visualizations, deep connection to self-awareness and presence, and welcomed moments of silence and stillness.

We customize Mindfulness techniques with social-emotional learning skills, breathwork for the nervous system, and mindset coaching tools for self-actualization, coping strategies and healthy habits.

About the founder
Meet Mary
Mary founded The POGA Method in 2015 when she told her students how she builds outer strength by combining Pilates + Yoga.
βPOGA!β they said.
Now thousands of students in Los Angeles, New York City, and beyond are practicing Maryβs unique method with the addition of Meditation and Mindfulness to build inner strength too.
